Cavalli Island is located in Lake Mälaren, just outside the town of Strängnäs. Despite its secluded and private setting, the island is easily reached and only about one hour from Stockholm.
We strongly recommend using Apple Maps (not Google Maps).
Search for the following address:
Tosterö Bråtorp 14, 645 93 Strängnäs, Sweden
Drive towards Sundby Park, then follow Apple Maps to the address above.
Important:
Do not drive via Djupvik. This road is closed and may cause damage to your vehicle.
Parking is available by the yellow house marked with the sign Cavalli Island / Stora Rullingen.
Private boat transfer is included upon arrival and departure. The boat pick-up takes place at the third dock below the long hill.
The boat ride from the mainland to Cavalli Island takes approximately 5 minutes.
For safety reasons, the the guest responsible for the booking must contact the captain before boarding, so that loading and seating instructions can be explained.
Please note that boat transfer may be denied if guests are intoxicated upon arrival, for safety reasons.
Out of respect for neighbors, music is not allowed on the mainland.
Once you arrive on Cavalli Island, music is permitted.
Please drive carefully from Sundby Park, as there are children and wildlife in the area.
Helicopter transfer from Stockholm can be arranged upon request.
