Cavalli Island is a place where silence, forest and water naturally invite a slower pace. The Mindful Escape is designed for wellness groups, yoga retreats and guests seeking restoration in an environment shaped by calm and simplicity.

Space to breathe and unwind

Begin the day with movement on the cliffs or yoga among the trees. Enjoy unhurried meals, quiet moments by the shoreline and evenings in the spa area with sauna and pool. The island’s wildlife — deer, foxes, eagles — adds to the sense of being fully surrounded by nature.

Create your own journey

Whether you arrive with an instructor or curate your own program, the island offers the conditions for a meaningful retreat: open spaces, private trails, places to gather and places to be alone. Wellness sessions, massage, personal training and nourishing food can be arranged on request.

  • 5000 SEK/boat (3 people per boat)

Transfer from Stockholm

  • Helicopter transfer from Stockholm can be arranged upon request. Approximate flight time: 15 minutes. One-way from 15 000 SEK.
  • Speed boat from Stockholm can be arranged upon request. Approximate time: 1.5-2 hours.
